Our mission statement is to ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to “Justice by Action.”

NOBLE is committed to equity in matters related to law enforcement, its mission to ensure equity in the administration of justice, and its unyielding commitment to work toward the elimination of racism of any type within the law enforcement field. This includes a commitment to equal treatment in the administration of justice and within the law enforcement field for all people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression.
